  • On-site, * Beratung von Kunden im Bereich SAP HCM, mit Schwerpunkt in den Modulen Payroll (PY) und Time Management (PT)
  • Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung bestehender HCM-Systemlandschaften - inklusive Systemanpassung, Optimierung und fortlaufender Prozessverbesserung
  • Übernahme von (Teil-)Projektverantwortung in abwechslungsreichen Kundenprojekten
  • Fachliche Unterstützung von Kunden und internen Kolleg:innen sowie Weitergabe von Know-how zu HCM-Themen
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung von Lösungen und Optimierungen in einem dynamischen Teamumfeld, * Unterstützung für Familien sowie Möglichkeiten zur persönlichen und fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
  • Moderne Arbeitsumgebung mit aktueller technischer Ausstattung

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrung in ABAP oder hohe Motivation, sich dort weiterzuentwickeln
  • Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Themen und Technologien einzuarbeiten
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung, gutes Organisationstalent und proaktive Arbeitsweise
