Job description

  • Sofortiges Klassifizieren von Kundenanfragen
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Incidents
  • Fehleranalyse und Störungsbeseitigung
  • Im Falle einer Weiterleitung: Erstellung von aussagekräftigen Support-Tickets
  • Verantwortung der kompletten Dokumentation in der Kundendatenbank

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung bspw. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
  • Sie haben erste Berufserfahrung im Support gesammelt
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in den aktuellen Betriebssystemen (Windows 7-10, Linux, MacOS)
  • Begeisterung für IT und neue Technologien
