Job description

  • Technische Betreuung der Roboterzellen beim Lieferanten und vor Ort in Alzey
  • Unterstützung bei Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Optimierung der Automatisierungs- und Robotersysteme
  • Anpassung und Betreuung der GRP-Roboteranwendung (Be- und Entladen von Kartuschen)
  • Durchführung und Mitwirkung an FAT/SAT sowie Bearbeitung der entsprechenden Mängellisten und Findings
  • Troubleshooting in den Bereichen Mechanik, Elektrik, Automatisierung und Steuerungstechnik
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit GRP, Engineering, Lieferanten und Standort-Teams
  • Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen (technische Berichte, Konfigurationsdokumente, Änderungsprotokolle)
  • Unterstützung bei Problem-Tracking und technischen Lösungsprozessen
  • Proaktive und regelmäßige Berichterstattung über Fortschritt, Risiken und technische Herausforderungen

Requirements

  • Hintergrund in Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik, Robotik oder Maschinenbau
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit industriellen Automatisierungssystemen

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in:

  • Rockwell FactoryTalk (HMI, PLC, Kommunikation)
  • Studio 5000 / Logix
  • FANUC Roboter (Programmierung, Optimierung, Zykluszeit-Analyse)
  • Lesen und Interpretieren elektrischer und mechanischer Zeichnungen
  • Grundkenntnisse in SQL, Windows Server/Client, OPC-Kommunikation (Kepware, Matrikon)
  • Sicheres technisches Schreiben und Dokumentieren
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Reisebereitschaft
