• Own the technology vision, architecture and technical execution across the three phases
• Industrialize the Discovery framework from validated prototypes to customer-grade product
• Build and own the ML fingerprinting roadmap on top of the deterministic engine
• Deliver deployments at customer sites: on-prem, OpenShift/Kubernetes, constrained environments
• Ensure performance, security and reliability of a product that must be beyond reproach
• Recruit and lead the engineering team
• Contribute to product strategy, fundraising and company decisions

• Deep expertise in systems and network engineering: protocols, packet-level analysis, how enterprise infrastructure actually behaves
• A builder first: willing to get their hands dirty in the code, not manage from a distance
• Track record shipping self-hosted or on-prem enterprise software (Kubernetes/OpenShift)
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience
• Cybersecurity domain experience is a strong plus
• Applied ML experience is a plus
• Startup mindset with strong execution skills
• Fluent English; French is a plus

The product runs as one pipeline in three phases: Discovery (inventory of assets and applications), Prioritization (CVEs, attack paths), and Validation. Backed by 34 Ventures, we are validating the product with our first design partners in Morocco and preparing our expansion into the US market, where the on-prem and regulated estate is massive and underserved.
