We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, expertise in data visualization, and the ability to transform complex data sets into meaningful insights. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business strategies, improve processes, and enhance overall performance through data analysis., * Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related intense quantitative field

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data management, business intelligence or a related field
• Experience working with healthcare claims data, including medical or pharmacy claims
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing large datasets.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, statistical analysis and data visualization
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (preferred) or R for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure)

Desired Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related intense quantitative field
• Familiarity with standard claims formats and common data elements such as diagnosis codes and procedure codes

Base Salary Band: $73,539 - $136,065
