Job description

  • Collect, clean, and analyze healthcare data using advanced data analytics tools and techniques.
  • Design and develop dashboards and reports utilizing tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other reporting platforms to visualize key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective data models and visualizations.
  • Manage SQL databases including query management, database design, and data extraction using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or Talend.
  • Conduct requirements analysis for new data projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technical feasibility.
  • Support the software development lifecycle analysis (SDLC) by participating in project planning, testing, deployment, and documentation.
  • Maintain data quality standards by implementing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and ensuring data integrity across systems.

Requirements

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will harness your analytical expertise to interpret complex data sets, develop insightful reports, and create compelling visualizations that support clinical decision-making and operational efficiency. Your work will directly contribute to improving patient outcomes and streamlining healthcare processes through innovative data solutions., * Proficiency in SQL programming for querying and managing large datasets in SQL databases.

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of database design principles and data model development.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes using tools like Talend or custom scripts in Python or Bash (Unix shell).
  • Technical proficiency in R or Python for statistical analysis and automation of data workflows.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) in a healthcare or business environment.
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets using Excel data analysis techniques and business intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge of linked data concepts for integrating disparate sources into cohesive datasets.
  • Excellent analysis skills with a focus on requirements gathering and reporting accuracy.
  • Experience with dashboard development for real-time monitoring of healthcare metrics.
  • Strong project management skills within Agile frameworks to ensure timely delivery of analytics solutions.
