Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Services Specialist to support our Ramp;D and Quality teams in the development and maintenance of high-quality nutritional products. In this role, you will own the raw material and supplier qualification lifecycle , ensuring all ingredients meet strict safety, quality, and regulatory standards. - Lead document collection, review, and approval for new and existing suppliers

Ensure supplier compliance with company and regulatory standards Compliance amp; Certifications
- Support certification programs including Organic, NSF, GFCO, and Non-GMO Project

Coordinate documentation and submissions for regulatory compliance Technical Documentation
- Create, review, and maintain Master Manufacturing Records (MMRs)

Develop and update Finished Product Specifications Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Supply Chain, Ramp;D, and Quality teams to support product development and launches
- Ensure smooth communication and execution across departments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in the nutritional or dietary supplement industry preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of GMP, FDA, HACCP, and SQF regulations
