Job description

As a Associate UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with our design and development teams to assist in creating intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and functional websites and dashboards. You’ll gain hands-on experience in wireframing, prototyping, and crafting UI designs while learning how to balance creativity and usability in real-world projects. This role is perfect for someone with 2+ years of experience who is eager to learn, contribute, and develop into a well-rounded designer., User Experience Design

  • Assist in user research, creating user flows, and understanding user needs.
  • Support in developing wireframes, prototypes, and mockups under guidance.
  • Collaborate with senior designers and stakeholders to turn requirements into effective experiences.

User Interface Design

  • Design clean, visually engaging interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure designs are responsive and user-friendly across devices and screen sizes.
  • Work with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.

Collaboration and Growth

  • Work with cross-functional teams including content and development to deliver cohesive projects.
  • Stay curious and updated with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and team discussions.

Requirements

Required

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX or web designer.
  • A portfolio showcasing website and product design projects
  • Proficiency in Figma (knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of user-centred design principles and responsive design.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of web and product design best practices such as accessibility and usability.
  • Exposure to working with developers or in a digital agency environment.
