Job description

As an Engineering Integrity Data and Analytics Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling technical excellence across a global organisation. Working within the Technical Governance and Assurance function, you’ll lead the development of data-driven tools, dashboards and workflows that provide valuable performance insights and support effective risk management.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence engineering integrity, technical governance, product safety, quality, cyber resilience and responsible technology adoption across the business. Your work will help identify trends, improve decision-making and support programmes that contribute to national security and critical infrastructure, while offering significant opportunities for professional growth and impact.

Day-to-day you’ll be responsible for:

  • Developing toolsets, workflows and dashboards that provide meaningful technical performance insight.
  • Analysing engineering and governance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities across the business.
  • Collaborating with business units, projects and technology teams to improve data collection and reporting processes.
  • Producing visualisations and performance reporting that support governance activities, reviews and assurance programmes.
  • Managing Engineering Integrity SharePoint sites, libraries and information resources.

This is a full-time permanent role, 37.5 hours per week, and can be based at any of our main UK locations. Hybrid working patterns are available.

Requirements

Essential Experience of the Engineering Integrity Data and Analytics Manager:

  • Demonstrable experience in data management and analytics, including at least five years in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage data-driven reporting, dashboards and analytical toolsets.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of data governance and information assurance principles.
  • Experience interpreting complex datasets and translating findings into actionable business insights.
  • Ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across functions and locations., * Relevant professional experience demonstrating expertise in data management, analytics and reporting.

Desirable:

  • Membership of a recognised professional body.
  • Experience within engineering, defence, aerospace or highly regulated industries.

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) and Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
