Head of Data

You will design and oversee scalable data warehouse and lake architectures, manage app integrations, and deliver actionable BI dashboards. Key responsibilities include driving data governance, ensuring data protection compliance, and building the core data foundation for the Group’s AI ambitions. Additionally, you will champion a company-wide data literacy program.

The ideal candidate brings proven data architecture and engineering leadership within a regulated, multi-entity environment. Hands-on expertise with ETL pipelines, BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Microsoft Fabric), and enterprise data modelling is essential. Strong stakeholder management skills and experience integrating data from newly acquired businesses will ensure success.
