infrastructure, DevOps, data engineering, BI & analytics, QA, and information security, you’ll be responsible for delivering the technology strategy while ensuring operational excellence across the function. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll work closely with the executive team to shape the company’s strategic direction, influence key business decisions and ensure technology remains a key driver of commercial growth and innovation. What We’re Looking For Proven leadership experience in a senior technology role (CTO, CIO, or similar) Must have Fintech or Payments experience Experience guiding a business through start-up to scale-up Deep experience across the full technical spectrum: development, DevOps, data, BI, QA, InfoSec Strong technical foundation with hands-on knowledge of the following: Microsoft stack: .NET/ C#, containerisation (docker, Kubernetes, AKS), Azure Cloud (Azure SQL, App Insights) Front end technologies (React, Angular and ecosystem) Snowflake, Auth0, Looker, Bitbucket, Atlassian Suite Experience leading distributed and remote teams with strong communication and collaboration skills Demonstrated success in scaling platforms and teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
