Job description
Working within our Architecture and Engineering function, you will act as a senior technical lead across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will drive project delivery end-to-end, mentor junior team members, and ensure our staff have the dynamic, secure tools required to do their best work., * Microsoft Expertise & Design: Architect, deploy, and refine solutions across Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Windows.
- Project Leadership: Own and execute complex technical projects end-to-end, collaborating with PMs and business stakeholders to turn requirements into robust solutions.
- Engineering Excellence: Elevate team capabilities through technical leadership, hands-on mentoring, and operational improvements.
- Governance & SOPs: Define standard operating procedures (SOPs), runbooks, and high-quality documentation to ensure system stability and smooth governance.
- System Ownership: Serve as a subject matter expert, managing high availability, troubleshooting escalations, and driving automation.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on engineering experience across the M365 Suite, Windows, Entra ID, and Intune (identity governance & endpoint management).
- Proven ability to own and deliver complex technical projects with minimal supervision.
- Scripting and automation proficiency using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
- Experience working within Agile/Sprint frameworks and creating documentation/SOPs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Copilot Studio, Defender, Purview, or Power Platform.
- Solid foundation in networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, hybrid Azure connectivity).
- Exposure to DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Git, Terraform) or scaling environments.
- Relevant Microsoft Certifications.
