Job description

  • Proven experience as a Workday Compensation Functional Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of Workday Compensation configuration and business processes.
  • Configure and maintain Workday Compensation modules, including plans, grades, and packages.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with compensation policies and organizational standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Compensation functionality.
  • Provide guidance and best practices for compensation processes in Workday.
  • Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
  • Ability to analyze requirements and deliver functional solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Location for this position is Raleigh, NC, Indianapolis, IN, Phoenix AZ, Richardson TX or Hartford CT. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
  • 3+ years of experience in ERP software development life cycle.
  • Hands on experience in Workday ERP Implementation or support projects and relevant experience in ERP domain in implementation / support projects related to Workday applications., * Workday Compensation Certified. Workday HCM Functional Knowledge.
  • Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation.
  • Knowledge of Workday integrations and reporting related to compensation.
  • Familiarity with global compensation structures and compliance requirements. Overview
