Job description
- Proven experience as a Workday Compensation Functional Consultant.
- Strong understanding of Workday Compensation configuration and business processes.
- Configure and maintain Workday Compensation modules, including plans, grades, and packages.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with compensation policies and organizational standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Compensation functionality.
- Provide guidance and best practices for compensation processes in Workday.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
- Ability to analyze requirements and deliver functional solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- Location for this position is Raleigh, NC, Indianapolis, IN, Phoenix AZ, Richardson TX or Hartford CT. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
- 3+ years of experience in ERP software development life cycle.
- Hands on experience in Workday ERP Implementation or support projects and relevant experience in ERP domain in implementation / support projects related to Workday applications., * Workday Compensation Certified. Workday HCM Functional Knowledge.
- Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation.
- Knowledge of Workday integrations and reporting related to compensation.
- Familiarity with global compensation structures and compliance requirements. Overview
