Job description

We are seeking a Mid-Level Oracle DBA with 4-7+ years of enterprise database experience to support and maintain highly available Oracle database environments and GoldenGate replication solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager, Exadata, RAC, and Oracle databases hosted in Oracle Cloud and/or Azure., * Support, build, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise Oracle databases and GoldenGate environments.

Perform database performance analysis, tuning, capacity planning, and reliability improvements.
Support Oracle RAC, Exadata, Oracle Enterprise Manager, and cloud-hosted Oracle databases.
Troubleshoot database and replication issues and participate in an on-call rotation.
Develop and optimize SQL queries and support database-related projects.
Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability, optimize costs, and maintain compliance.

Requirements

4-7+ years of enterprise Oracle DBA experience.
Strong Oracle Database and GoldenGate experience.
Experience with Oracle RAC, Exadata, and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
Experience supporting Oracle databases in Oracle Cloud and/or Microsoft Azure.
Strong SQL development, troubleshooting, and performance-tuning skills.
Unix/Linux operating systems and shell scripting.
Enterprise database monitoring, performance analysis, and capacity planning.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
Fortune 500 company experience preferred.
Ability to work onsite 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday) within the client’s service territories: Chicago, PA, MD, DE, or DC.
