Requirements
- 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise-grade ESXi servers and VMware server software.
- Experience designing, planning, testing, implementing, supporting, and troubleshooting large-scale VMware environments.
- Expert knowledge of ESXi, VLAN, VMC, primary and secondary data center operations, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Experience with VMware Aria Automation, Aria Orchestrator, and Aria Operations.
- Strong experience with PowerShell and PowerCLI scripting.
- Hands-on experience with on-premises data centers and AWS GovCloud.
- Experience managing Kubernetes fleets using VKS, EKS, and/or Mirantis.
- Strong VMware vSphere administration and cluster management experience.
- Knowledge of NIST 800-53 controls and FISMA compliance.
- Experience with security engineering, audit logging, monitoring, and observability tools.
- Experience with application modernization and containerization.
- Experience supporting AI/ML infrastructure and services.
- Experience with GitLab and Jira.
