Job description

  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von PCs, Notebooks, Druckern und weiterer Hardware
  • Durchführung von Onsite-Support beim Kunden vor Ort
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Hard- und Softwarebereich
  • Unterstützung bei Rollouts, Upgrades und Migrationen
  • Dokumentation der Serviceeinsätze und Betreuung der Endanwender

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker, IT-Systemelektroniker) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support / Onsite-Support von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen, Office-Anwendungen und Netzwerktechnik
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich
