Job description
- Annahme, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Supportanfragen (Telefon, E-Mail, Ticketsystem)
- Unterstützung der Anwender bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen
- Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung im 1st-Level-Support
- Installation und Konfiguration von PCs, Notebooks und Standardsoftware
- Weiterleitung komplexerer Störungen an den 2nd-Level-Support
- Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Anleitungen für Anwender
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker, IT-Systemkaufmann) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Erfahrungen im IT-Support oder Helpdesk wünschenswert
- Gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen, Office 365 und grundlegender Netzwerktechnik
- Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Freude am Umgang mit Anwendern
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
