Job description

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced engineering leader to spearhead system reliability, drive platform project execution, and work in close collaboration with the product managers and the development engineering teams., * 7 + years of professional software engineering or infrastructure management experience, including team leadership.

  • Strong project management skills and SRE/FedRAMP/Security-minded leadership
  • Proven ability to build engaged, autonomous teams that hit ambitious goals.
  • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle
  • Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform -or eagerness to learn quickly.
  • Familiarity with Incident Management Processes and Workflows
  • Passion for continuous learning, clear communication, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid environment.

The total compensation package for this position will be determined by each individual’s location, qualifications, education, work experience, skills and performance. We believe in the importance of pay equity - the range listed is just one component of Filevine’s total compensation package for employees.
