IT Network/Telecom Analyst

Our IT Network/Telecom Analysts are accountable for the design, construction, and operation of WEC’s data and telecommunications network environment connecting over 350 locations. The specific role determines the technologies managed as well as the percentage of time spent designing, constructing, and operating the environment., * Design, build, and maintain WEC’s data and telecommunications network

• Collaborate with business partners and other IT Teams to deliver and maintain network-centric business-facing solutions
• Develop and implement a multi-year strategic plan for each network and telecommunications pillar
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with strategic partners
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call support role on a rotating basis

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Willingness to travel within WEC Energy Group’s service territory based on project needs, * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or related field
• Experience with Cisco Infrastructure
• Knowledge of Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Checkpoint Firewalls
• Knowledge of Cisco ACI Infrastructure
• Knowledge of VoIP Technologies
• Network Certification(s)
