Requirements

  • Hands-on agentic development experience at a high-performance scaleup
  • Experience operating in an environment where things move fast, decisions are made with incomplete information
  • Full stack range. You’re comfortable across the layers - frontend, backend, and infra
  • Ideally from a FinTech background

Tech stack:

  • Frontend: React
  • Backend: Python
  • Infra: AWS, Docker, Terraform

The logistics

  • Fully remote, but you must be based in Malta
  • Salary up to €80,000 depending on experience
  • Mid-going-on-Senior level - typically 4-7 years of engineering experience
