Cloud Network Architect

We are looking for Data and Cloud Solutions Architect for our client in San Jose, CA Job Title: Data and Cloud Solutions Architect Job Location: San Jose, CA Job Type: Contract Job Description: Pay Range: $57hr - $62hr The Data and Cloud Solutions Architect will design and implement scalable cloud based data architectures and distributed data processing solutions. The role focuses on building modern cloud data platforms, optimizing large scale data pipelines, and ensuring reliable and secure data access across the organization. The candidate will collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to design architecture strategies aligned with business goals while contributing hands on to implementation and optimization of data platforms., * Design and implement scalable cloud based data architectures including data lakes, data warehouses, and data pipelines.

• Define cloud data strategies aligned with business and analytics requirements.
• Select and integrate appropriate cloud data services including storage, analytics, and processing tools.
• Develop data flow diagrams, architecture diagrams, and entity relationship diagrams to support implementation and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain detailed documentation of architecture designs, processes, and technical decisions.
• Participate in hands on development and implementation of data engineering solutions.
• Optimize performance of cloud data platforms and distributed processing pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines, data quality, and data availability.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure efficient and secure data access across systems.

Requirement/Must Have:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering. Minimum five years of hands on data engineering experience using distributed computing frameworks such as Spark, MapReduce, or Databricks. Proven experience designing and implementing cloud data solutions in Azure. Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and database design. Experience working with relational and non relational database systems. Strong experience creating architecture and data flow diagrams using tools such as Visio or Lucidchart. Experience:

Experience building scalable data pipelines and cloud data platforms. Experience designing cloud data lakes, data warehouses, and analytics platforms. Experience implementing data engineering solutions using distributed computing technologies. Experience working in enterprise cloud environments with Azure services., * Experience with Azure Databricks and Azure Data Lake services.

• Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data security, and compliance principles.
• Experience with scripting languages including Python and SQL.

Qualification And Education:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering is required. Degrees in other engineering disciplines are not considered for this role.
