Job description

  • Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Python.
  • Build responsive front-end applications and integrate them with backend services.
  • Design and implement REST APIs and microservices.
  • Develop and deploy applications using AWS cloud services.
  • Integrate AI/ML models and services into business applications.
  • Work with databases, data processing, and cloud-based data solutions.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
  • Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and production issues.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, data scientists, and business teams.
  • Follow Agile/Scrum development practices and participate in code reviews.

Mody’’s looking for Java/Python Full-Stack Developers with strong experience in Java, Python, AWS cloud services, and AI/ML integration for the Capital One. The selected candidates will design, develop, and maintain scalable data processing solutions and support large-scale data engineering initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java and/or Python.
  • Experience with Spring Boot, Django, Flask, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs and microservices.
  • Front-end experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, and CloudWatch.
  • Experience integrating AI/ML models, APIs, or GenAI solutions into applications.
  • Strong SQL and database development skills.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes is preferred.
  • Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, OpenAI APIs, or other AI/ML platforms.
  • Experience with Python-based ML libraries such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
  • Knowledge of Kafka or other event-driven technologies.
  • Experience with cloud-native application architecture.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
