Job description

Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Python.
Build responsive front-end applications and integrate them with backend services.
Design and implement REST APIs and microservices.
Develop and deploy applications using AWS cloud services.
Integrate AI/ML models and services into business applications.
Work with databases, data processing, and cloud-based data solutions.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and production issues.
Collaborate with architects, developers, data scientists, and business teams.
Follow Agile/Scrum development practices and participate in code reviews.

Mody’’s looking for Java/Python Full-Stack Developers with strong experience in Java, Python, AWS cloud services, and AI/ML integration for the Capital One. The selected candidates will design, develop, and maintain scalable data processing solutions and support large-scale data engineering initiatives.

Requirements

5+ years of software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Java and/or Python.
Experience with Spring Boot, Django, Flask, or similar frameworks.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs and microservices.
Front-end experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, and CloudWatch.
Experience integrating AI/ML models, APIs, or GenAI solutions into applications.
Strong SQL and database development skills.
Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes is preferred.
Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, OpenAI APIs, or other AI/ML platforms.
Experience with Python-based ML libraries such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
Knowledge of Kafka or other event-driven technologies.
Experience with cloud-native application architecture.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
