Job description
- Annahme, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von IT-Anfragen über Telefon, E-Mail und Ticketsystem
- Erste Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen (1st-Level-Support)
- Weiterleitung komplexerer Störungen an den 2nd-Level-Support
- Unterstützung bei Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen
- Betreuung von Standardsoftware (z. B. MS Office, ERP-Systeme)
- Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Nutzeranleitungen
- Freundliche und serviceorientierte Betreuung der Anwender
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Erfahrung im IT-Support / Helpdesk wünschenswert
- Gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen und gängiger Standardsoftware
- Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerken und IT-Security von Vorteil
- Kunden- und serviceorientiertes Auftreten mit Kommunikationsstärke
- Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
