Network Engineer - Project Lead - Telephony Engineer

• 2+ years of experience with Avaya on-premise PBX systems and VoIP/unified communications platforms.
• 2+ years of experience with SIP, RTP, QoS, dial plans, call routing, voice gateways, SBCs, and PSTN integration.
• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting voice quality, carrier connectivity, call routing, E911 services, and telecommunications infrastructure.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience designing and supporting enterprise cloud-based telephony solutions, including migrations from on-premise to cloud platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
