Requirements
Avaya PBX Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on experience with Avaya on-premise PBX systems, media gateways, IVR, vectoring, and call center configurations. VoIP & UC Administration: 2+ years administering VoIP platforms, voice, voicemail, and unified communications. Protocols & Call Routing: Strong grasp of SIP, RTP, QoS, dial plans, ARS routing tables, and voice gateways. Troubleshooting & Carrier Support: 2+ years resolving voice quality issues, managing voice circuits/SBCs, PSTN integration, and managing E911 compliance. Cloud Telephony (Preferred): Experience supporting or migrating on-premise PBX systems to cloud-based solutions. Education Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent hands-on industry experience.
Benefits & conditions
- $120,000-150,000 per year
