Senior Golang Backend Engineer - Consumer Products

Relevant experience may include:

You should be able to explain the user journey, the backend feature you personally owned, and how you designed, shipped, and supported it in production., * Build scalable Golang services for consumer products

• Design APIs, data models, and asynchronous workflows
• Own features from technical design through release and monitoring
• Improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Troubleshoot complex production issues
• Work closely with product, frontend, mobile, and QA teams
• Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews
• Mentor other engineers when needed

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Golang Backend Engineer with strong recent Go experience and direct ownership of consumer-facing product features., * 5+ years of backend engineering experience

• Strong recent production experience with Golang
• Direct ownership of consumer-facing backend features
• Strong understanding of microservices and distributed systems
• Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Experience with Redis and Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS
• Good understanding of concurrency, idempotency, retries, rate limiting, consistency, and failure recovery
• Able to own features from technical design through production support
• Strong English communication and ability to work independently in a remote team, * Experience in gaming, poker, betting, fintech, payments, e-commerce, social, travel, or delivery products
• Experience with real-time systems, WebSockets, or high-volume transaction processing
• Experience with wallets, ledgers, settlement, reconciliation, or virtual economies
• Technical leadership or cross-team project ownership
• Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI coding tools
