We are seeking a strategic, outcomes-driven Program Manager with strong Agile/Scrum experience to bring structure, clarity, and execution rigor to a complex and fast-evolving digital ecosystem. This role sits within Enterprise Content & Digital Strategy (ECDS) and partners closely with IT and cross-functional business teams to align priorities, streamline delivery, and improve how work gets done across dozens of platforms and initiatives. The Director will partner with IT to establish and scale modern delivery practices, improve organizational clarity around priorities and investments, and ensure that digital and technology work is aligned to strategic outcomes. This leader will operate at both the strategic and operational levels-shaping governance and portfolio direction while also driving execution rigor across teams.
The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, can bring order to fragmented processes, and is skilled at balancing strategic priorities with hands-on delivery management. This person will play a critical role in improving Agile practices, strengthening prioritization, and enabling more efficient use of resources across the organization.

- Partner with ECDS, IT, and business leaders to develop and maintain a unified digital and technology roadmap and/or multiple roadmaps for various initiatives or platforms
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, retrospectives) with an eye toward digital strategy elements (e.g., design, user experience, data analytics)
- Identify and remove blockers to improve team velocity and predictability
- Ensure disciplined intake, evaluation, and sequencing of new work
- Foster robust requirements gathering processes, such as identifying stakeholders early on, following a RACI or other PM methodology
- Ensure work is tied to organizational goals, user needs, and measurable outcomes
- Bring visibility to tradeoffs, dependencies, and risks across projects
- Create scalable processes for intake, planning, execution, and reporting, especially as it relates to requests that are not included in the annual budget planning process
- Work with IT to track project spend and support budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation across initiatives
- Reduce fragmentation and duplication across platforms and initiatives
- Improve communication, transparency, and accountability across teams
- Develop dashboards and reporting to track progress, risks, and performance
- Provide leadership with clear, actionable insights on delivery health and outcomes
- Build strong partnerships that improve coordination and accountability across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business administration, communications, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in project/program management, Agile delivery, or digital operations in complex organizations
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Proven experience operating at a senior level
- Deep expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with a track record of scaling practices across teams
- Demonstrated success bringing structure and clarity to fragmented environments

- Working knowledge of enterprise software tools, e.g. JIRA, Monday.com, Office 365, CoPilot, etc.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
