Network Support Engineer

Advanced Mobile Network RAN optimization/planning and RAN Performance knowledge.

• Ability at making decisions in ambiguous situations using incomplete information.
• Produce clear and effective communication both written and verbal to justify actions and drive business decisions.
• Experience of Huawei/Ericsson/Nokia Performance counters and parameters.
• RAN vendor alarm data diagnostic

• Working in a live operational environment Preferred experience:

• Drive survey analysis
• Coverage predictions and analysis using Attoll planning system
• Crowd datasets to measure actual coverage levels and serving cells.
