IT Support Technician (Entry Level)

• Provide technical support to clients by phone, remote support, and onsite visits
• Install and configure PCs, printers, and other hardware
• Troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft 365 related issues
• Take ownership of support tickets through resolution
• Respond to client requests with urgency and professionalism
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members
