Job description

  • Build RAG pipelines and knowledge retrieval workflows
  • Design prompt strategies and guardrails within platform standards
  • Configure agent workflows and orchestration patterns
  • Collaborate with SMEs to refine domain behaviour
  • Conduct structured evaluation and iterative improvement
  • Contribute reusable patterns back to platform

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs
  • Experience implementing production RAG or agent-based systems
  • Strong API and integration skills
  • Understanding of evaluation, hallucination mitigation and responsible AI
