Overview
Our client is a Global charity who is looking for a new Business Systems Manager who wants a role they can grow in; they will be working in Stevenage on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the acquisition and use of core business systems, including ERP, CRM, EHP, QuickBooks Online, the full Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Pardot and other smaller systems.
- Work with external suppliers to schedule audits, testing, efficiencies and staff training; coordinating with relevant departments to minimise disruption and maximise impact.
- Work closely with suppliers (MS International team and external providers) to ensure value for money and great customer service.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business system-related inquiries and troubleshooting, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
- Manage cross-team projects and enhancements, ensuring tasks are completed on time, stakeholders are involved and communication is timely.
- Ensure data integrity across systems by implementing data quality controls and conducting regular audits.
- Main point of contact for infrastructure, end-point, technology and systems queries.
Qualifications / Desired experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing enterprise business systems, ideally within a charity.
- Proven experience in project management, with PMP or similar certification preferred.
- Proficiency with major enterprise applications, such as Microsoft Dynamics, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong understanding of data management, reporting, and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma, is advantageous.
- Experience overseeing the acquisition and use of core business systems, including ERP, CRM, EHP, QuickBooks Online, the full Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Pardot and other smaller systems.
