A leading IT services company is seeking an experienced IT Engineer to support technical teams and manage the IT hardware lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC2 and ISO 27001. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues with SaaS applications like Google Workspace, providing user support, and creating technical documentation. This full-time position is expected to pay between 100,000 and 200,000 GBP annually.
