Job description
This position is ideal for a senior-level Oracle professional who combines deep functional expertise with hands-on technical capabilities. The successful candidate will lead Oracle Cloud PLM architecture, implementation, optimization, and integration efforts while partnering closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and enterprise technology leaders., * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Design and architect Oracle Cloud PLM solutions that align with business objectives.
- Configure, customize, test, and deploy Oracle Cloud PLM applications.
- Lead Product Development (PD) and Product Data Hub (PDH) implementations.
- Build and enhance Oracle APEX applications.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and PL/SQL procedures.
- Implement and support Oracle Redwood UX/UI capabilities.
- Design and execute data migration strategies from legacy PLM platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance optimization.
- Ensure adherence to Oracle Cloud architecture standards and best practices.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and technical leader across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Oracle AI Certification
- Oracle Cloud Certification(s)
- Experience leading enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programs
- Experience serving as an Architect Lead on large Oracle initiatives
- Manufacturing, Life Sciences, or Enterprise Product Development industry experience
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation experience, * Work across product development, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and enterprise IT teams.
- Gain exposure to enterprise-scale architecture and digital transformation programs.
- Opportunity to influence business processes and technology strategy while remaining hands-on with Oracle Cloud technologies.
- Potential for future growth into Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation Architecture, or Oracle Practice Leadership roles.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Oracle Cloud PLM techno-functional consulting.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud PLM implementations and customizations.
- Expertise with Product Development (PD) and Product Data Hub (PDH).
- Experience implementing and supporting Oracle Redwood UX/UI features.
- Strong Oracle APEX development experience.
- Advanced SQL and PL/SQL skills.
- Proven experience with data migration, including mapping, transformation, cleansing, and validation.
- Experience integrating Oracle Cloud applications with legacy platforms.
- Experience supporting Oracle Cloud applications in production environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and translate business requirements into scalable enterprise solutions.
