Job description
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Manage users, groups, licenses, roles, permissions, and access through Microsoft Entra ID.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365 incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
- Monitor Microsoft 365 service health, performance, and availability.
- Support Exchange Online mailboxes, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, mail flow, and email-related issues.
- Manage SharePoint sites, permissions, document libraries, and access issues.
- Support Microsoft Teams configuration, meetings, calling, collaboration, and user issues.
- Assist with device management and application deployment using Microsoft Intune.
- Implement and support Microsoft 365 security features such as MFA, Conditional Access, Defender, and data protection policies.
- Assist with Microsoft 365 compliance, retention, eDiscovery, auditing, and information governance activities.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine Microsoft 365 administration tasks.
- Monitor and investigate security alerts and suspicious activities in collaboration with security teams.
- Participate in Microsoft 365 migrations, upgrades, tenant configuration, and integration projects.
- Maintain technical documentation, procedures, knowledge articles, and configuration records.
- Work with vendors and Microsoft Support to resolve complex technical issues.
- Provide technical guidance and support to end users and internal IT teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration or support.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Exchange Online
- SharePoint Online
- Microsoft Teams
- OneDrive for Business
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Microsoft Intune
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance.
- Experience with PowerShell and Microsoft 365 automation.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of identity, authentication, MFA, RBAC, and Conditional Access.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
