Robotics Support Engineer

We are seeking a Robotics Support Engineer to support large-scale robotic deployments across fulfillment center operations. This role will be responsible for robot configuration management, software deployments, migration activities, production support, and post-deployment monitoring within a complex automated environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong Linux administration experience, SQL proficiency, and a background supporting infrastructure, automation, robotics, or data center technologies.

Responsibilities

• Configure robotic systems for deployment across multiple operational environments.
• Execute software package deployments and migration activities.
• Analyze and audit operational datasets using SQL.
• Review and triage low-severity support tickets.
• Develop configuration schedules and deployment plans.
• Validate configuration changes prior to production releases.
• Monitor deployments and provide post-implementation support.
• Troubleshoot Linux-based systems and infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and operational teams during deployment activities.
• Maintain documentation and operational procedures.

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong Linux command-line and systems administration experience.
• Experience working with SQL for data validation, analysis, or auditing.
• Experience performing software deployments, migrations, or configuration changes.
• Knowledge of production support and change management processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting robotics or automated systems.
• Data center operations experience.
• AWS experience.
• Tableau, QuickSight, or other dashboarding/reporting tools.
• Experience supporting large-scale distributed environments.
• Exposure to warehouse automation or fulfillment technologies.

Work Environment

• Remote deployment support environment.
• Requires coordination with global teams.
• Deployment activities often occur during EU operating hours.
• Mix of deployment execution, configuration planning, ticket management, production support, and cross-functional collaboration.
