Salary: Up to £39,000 per annum, depending on experience

As a Software Developer, you’ll collaborate in agile teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and accessible software that makes a real difference in communities across the UK.

What You’ll Do

• Write clean, performant Java code using Spring Boot & Hibernate
• Build and support microservice-based applications
• Troubleshoot issues and find root causes
• Collaborate through peer reviews and agile ceremonies
• Estimate timelines and communicate progress clearly

What We’re Looking For

• Spring Boot, Hibernate, Git, and RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with microservice architectures
• Agile team experience
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Bonus if you have:

• CI/CD tools and DevOps experience
