Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field\n
  • Significant expertise in SAP S/4HANA Controlling (CO) within global rollout environments\n
  • Strong understanding of COGS flows, variance analysis, transfer pricing, and intercompany processes\n
  • Experience with project-based manufacturing, engineering-driven businesses, and Group Reporting structures\n
  • Proven ability to challenge business requirements and drive standardization across cross-functional teams\n
  • Business fluent English; German is a plus\n

As an SAP S/4HANA Consultant (f/m/d), you will support the global Finance Key User Community throughout SAP S/4HANA rollouts and the transition into business operations. Acting as the bridge between Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT, you will challenge business requirements, drive fit-to-standard solutions, and ensure sustainable processes aligned with the global S/4HANA template. \n

How You’ll Make an Impact \n \n

  • Advise business stakeholders on standard SAP S/4HANA processes and fit-to-standard solutions\n
  • Analyze, challenge, and document business requirements across end-to-end finance processes\n
  • Identify template gaps and drive continuous improvements aligned with the global rollout strategy\n
  • Support PMO activities during ongoing S/4HANA rollout projects and business transitions\n
  • Collaborate with Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT to ensure integrated end-to-end processes\n
  • Translate business needs into SAP system logic and enable standardized, scalable solutions\n
