- Verwaltung, Installation, Konfiguration, Überwachung, Pflege, Inbetriebnahme und Unterstützung der IT-Infrastruktur
Koordination und Umsetzung von Rollouts für Hardware und Software Teilnahme an der konzeptionellen und operativen Weiterentwicklung/Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur Helpdesk-Aufgaben über verschiedene Werke hinweg (First- und Second-Level-Support) Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Dokumentationen Definition, Beschaffung und Einrichtung von neuer Hardware und Software Leitung und Umsetzung von technischen Projekten
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, z.B. Fachinformatiker*in Systemintegration oder ähnliche Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position Expertise in Virtualisierungstechnologien (VMware), Windows Servern, Datenbanken (SQL-Server), Netzwerken (Router, Switches, Firewall), Active Directory, Datensicherung und Microsoft 365 (Azure AD) Kenntnisse in VBA-Programmierung sind von Vorteil Gutes Verständnis von IT-Sicherheitskonzepten Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und analytisches Denkvermögen Praktische Herangehensweise, Serviceorientierung, kommunikative Stärken und Teamfähigkeit Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von IT-Bereitschaftsdiensten
