Job description

We are looking for a hands-on Enterprise Reporting Architect to define and implement enterprise reporting strategy, architecture, standards, dashboards, and BI solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge business strategy, data architecture, governance, and executive decision support while directly designing and developing reporting solutions., * Define enterprise reporting strategy, architecture, roadmap, standards, and scalable BI frameworks.

  • Design and develop enterprise reports, dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and self-service analytics.
  • Architect reporting solutions integrating multiple data sources and cloud platforms.
  • Establish standards for semantic models, data models, KPI frameworks, metadata, visualization, and reporting governance.
  • Partner with business and executive stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable reporting solutions.
  • Ensure reporting solutions meet data governance, security, compliance, access-control, and data-quality requirements.
  • Evaluate and implement modern BI, AI/ML, and GenAI-enabled reporting capabilities, including natural language queries, automated summaries, predictive insights, and conversational BI.
  • Provide architectural guidance and influence reporting standards across technical and business teams.

  • Common Event Model (CEM) or similar data standardization frameworks

Ideal Candidate: Hands-on architect with strong enterprise reporting/BI experience who can define how reporting should work for a department/enterprise AND personally design and develop the reports and dashboards. Strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills are essential.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, BI, or related field preferred.
