As a key member of our healthcare team, the Physical Therapist will be responsible for implementing patient-specific treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, alleviating pain, and managing overall functional abilities post-injury or illness. • Conduct physical therapy sessions to improve patient mobility, decrease pain, and prevent disability
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Provide advice and education to patients and their families on managing conditions and improving lifestyles
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize treatment plans and outcomes

• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients and teams
