Net Developer

We are looking for a passionate .NET Developer (3-5 years’ experience) who is eager to grow into a technical leadership role while driving the modernization of critical manufacturing applications. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of software engineering, business collaboration, and digital transformation. You’ll be part of a team that’s moving legacy mainframe applications into modern, scalable solutions while helping shape the future of manufacturing technology.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and enhance enterprise applications using .NET technologies, React, and Oracle databases
• Play a key role in modernizing legacy systems and migrating applications from mainframe platforms
• Design and implement scalable architecture and integration solutions
• Build APIs and support real-time data exchange using modern integration technologies
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Lead Agile ceremonies, facilitate Scrum activities, and coordinate with both onshore and offshore development teams
• Support manufacturing operations through innovative and reliable IT solutions
• Contribute hands-on to coding initiatives initially, with increasing opportunities to act as a bridge between business and technology teams

Technical Expertise

• 3-5 years of experience in .NET development
• Strong experience with Oracle or other relational databases
• Experience developing applications using React
• Proven experience building enterprise applications and system integrations
• Hands-on knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and batch processing applications
• Experience with Kafka for real-time and batch integrations
• Familiarity with integration technologies including:
• RDBMS Connectors
• JMS
• REST Services
• File-based Integrations
• Schema Registry
• Working knowledge of API integrations, MQTT, and Unified Namespace (UNS) technologies
• Understanding of software architecture and solution design
• Experience with Azure DevOps and containerization technologies
• Familiarity with tools such as Visual Studio, VS Code, Toad, and SQL Developer
• Exposure to document databases such as MongoDB or Redis

Pay Range*: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
