  • Manage the codebase in Bitbucket with branch protection and code review standards
  • Work within and help mature the CI/CD pipeline including staging and pre-production UAT
  • Collaborate with our external agency partner, reviewing their work and ensuring quality
  • Frontend Development
  • Build and maintain frontend components using the Hyva theme framework (Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js)
  • Implement and debug CLP and PDP layouts, swatch logic, and filter behavior
  • Write performant, responsive HTML, CSS, and JavaScript across desktop and mobile
  • Use GraphQL for frontend data queries within the Hyva/Magento stack
  • Maintain and improve GTM/GA4 data layer implementations using Node.js tooling
  • Integrations & Commerce
  • Build and maintain third-party integrations via REST APIs
  • Troubleshoot checkout, cart, and payment processing issues
  • Support catalog and pricing configurations including promotional rules and kit pricing
  • Maintain integration reliability across ERP, CRM, tax, and EDI systems
  • Production & Quality
  • Monitor and debug production issues using logs, error tracking, and performance tools
  • Resolve performance bottlenecks across frontend and backend
  • Participate in code review and help uphold engineering standards
  • Write and maintain technical documentation for platform customizations and workflows

Requirements

Do you have experience in Version control systems?, * 3+ years of Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce development experience - non-negotiable, * Strong PHP skills with solid understanding of Magento module architecture, plugins, and observers

  • Proficiency with Hyva theme framework including Tailwind CSS and Alpine.js

  • Solid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals with strong browser debugging skills
  • REST API integration experience with third-party services
  • Node.js familiarity for tooling, build processes, or scripting
  • Git-based workflows with version control and code review discipline
  • Production experience - you’ve debugged live issues and worked with monitoring tools
