SAP Time Consultant

The Senior SAP Time Consultant will lead the assessment, design, and implementation of time management solutions supporting Suriname operations as part of the Payroll & Time Consolidation Program., * Analyze current time collection and time management processes.

• Lead design sessions for attendance, absence, and scheduling requirements.
• Review existing time management configurations and custom developments.
• Support implementation of standardized time management processes.
• Define and document business and functional requirements.
• Support integration design between time solutions, payroll, HR, and finance systems.
• Assist with testing strategy, test execution, and defect resolution.
• Support deployment planning and post-go-live stabilization.
• Work with payroll teams to ensure accurate time-to-pay processing.

• 8+ years of SAP Time Management experience.
• Time Clock Integration
