Senior Healthcare IT Infrastructure Engineer responsible for secure, HIPAA-compliant infrastructure across network, Microsoft 365/Azure/Entra, endpoints, cybersecurity, and clinical systems. Serves as the senior technical escalation point while supporting healthcare compliance, PHI protection, and infrastructure reliability.
