Support Engineer - L2

At Tenth Revolution Group, we are a global leader in technology recruitment, connecting outstanding professionals with some of the world’s most innovative organizations.Our specialist teams focus on delivering top talent across key technology sectors, helping both candidates and clients achieve their growth objectives.We are currently partnering with a leading international organization in the Digital transformation and technology consulting sector to recruit two Technical Application Support Specialists to join their internal team on a permanent basis in Madrid.Required experience: Minimum 2 years of experience within application operations, technical support, or production support environments.Hands-on experience working with Java-based environments, application servers, relational databases, and workload automation tools .Strong knowledge of Linux systems , including command-line administration and scripting exposure.English C1 Solid understanding of Windows Server environments .Experience supporting and monitoring automated processes and scheduling platforms such as Automic AWA, Control-M, or similar solutions .Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and operational best practices.Previous exposure to financial services environments would be highly valued.Nice to Have ITIL Foundation certification.Understanding of banking products, financial operations, or regulated environments.Basic scripting skills for troubleshooting and automation purposes.What Is Offered Permanent position directly with the end client.Salary up to 55,000 € + additional benefits package.Hybrid working model based in Madrid (3 days office / 2 days remote).International and multicultural working environment.English-speaking environment with exposure to global teams.CV and interview process conducted in English (minimum C1 level required).Please note: visa sponsorship is not available for this opportunity.If you are looking for a role where you can combine technical troubleshooting, application operations, and stakeholder interaction within a large-scale enterprise environment, we’d love to hear from you!
