Job description

  • Conduct end-to-end performance analysis across applications, databases, infrastructure, and cloud platforms to identify gaps and optimization opportunities.
  • Diagnose and resolve bottlenecks using leading APM and profiling tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Datadog, JFR, YourKit).
  • Optimize system performance through JVM tuning, analysis, thread management, query optimization, caching strategies, and microservices enhancements.
  • Design and execute performance testing strategies (load, stress, soak, endurance, scalability) using JMeter, Gatling, and K6.
  • Analyze performance metrics and deliver actionable recommendations to improve reliability, scalability, and user experience.

Requirements

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Engineer with extensive experience in performance analysis, optimization, and observability across enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in diagnosing bottlenecks, tuning systems, and driving frontend and backend performance improvements in cloud-native environments., * Strong expertise in RUM and APM tools (AppDynamics preferred, New Relic, Datadog).

  • Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure services (ECS, EKS, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, API Gateway, ALB).
  • Deep knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, query tuning, and distributed caching.
  • Solid understanding of Core Web Vitals, browser performance optimization, rendering pipelines, and CDN tuning.
  • Frontend performance analysis using Lighthouse and Chrome DevTools.
  • Proficiency in performance scripting and automation (JMeter, K6, Gatling).
  • Strong dashboarding and observability skills with AppDynamics, Quantum Metric, ELK, Grafana.
  • Proven experience in performance engineering for distributed, cloud-native, and microservices-based applications.
