Systems Technician

• Supports a highly sensitive government mission requiring secure, reliable IT infrastructure and hands-on technical support.
• The environment is fast-paced, mission-driven, and requires adaptability to shifting priorities and operational needs.
• Provides direct support to end users, including high-visibility VIP personnel, ensuring continuous system functionality and responsiveness.

• Hands-on troubleshooting of workstations, printers, KVMs, and cabling
• Active Directory and Microsoft/Outlook support
• Workstation imaging, phone/VTC setup and configuration
• Supporting VIP users with white-glove service
• Working within a ticketing system to resolve technical issues
• One of the following certifications: o CompTIA Security+ CE (Preferred) o CompTIA A+ o CompTIA Network+ o Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) o CCNA-Security.

Salary/Pay range: $35 - $40/hr w/ Conversion Salary up to $85,000/yr
