Job Summary

Responsibilities

Front End Framework Development:

Lead the design and implementation of advanced front end frameworks, ensuring optimal performance and extendability.

Rapid Deployment and Enhancement:

Demonstrate a proactive attitude and strong aptitude to rapidly contribute to the core buildout of our mission-critical platform.

Work closely with the development team to drive continuous improvement and iteration of front end components.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate effectively with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers to translate requirements into scalable and intuitive user interfaces.

Communicate ideas, solutions, and challenges clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams.

Front End Architecture and Best Practices:

Champion high-performance front end architecture and adherence to best practices.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into the development process as appropriate.

Requirements

Technical Proficiency: Demonstrable expertise in crafting performant and scalable front end architectures, showcasing an advanced understanding of key technologies and best practices.

Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and hit the ground running to drive the buildout of mission-critical platforms.

Capital Markets/Investment Banking Experience: Prior experience in the front office or trading domain within capital markets or investment banking is highly desirable. Familiarity with the unique challenges and requirements of these sectors is a plus.
