Job description
We are looking for a Senior Security Consultant with deep expertise in cybersecurity and practical experience in securing AI/ML systems. You will work across strategy, architecture, and hands-on technical analysis to design resilient systems for high-impact environments.
Key Responsibilities
- AI/ML Security Oversight: Evaluate and secure the entire AI lifecycle, including model governance, data pipelines, and deployment patterns.
- Threat Modeling: Conduct advanced security assessments and risk analysis across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
- Risk Mitigation: Advise clients on emerging AI risks such as prompt injection, model poisoning, data leakage, and adversarial attacks.
- Architecture Design: Recommend secure architectures for LLM-based systems, automation workflows, and decision-support platforms.
- Policy & Governance: Develop security standards and guidelines for responsible AI use, aligned with emerging regulatory frameworks.
- Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to implement robust security guardrails and controls.
Requirements
- Security Fundamentals: Strong background in IAM, network security, encryption, and incident response.
- AI/ML Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience securing AI/ML systems, Large Language Models (LLMs), or data science pipelines.
- Threat Intelligence: Knowledge of modern adversarial ML techniques and supply-chain risks.
- Cloud & Frameworks: Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP security and industry standards (NIST AI RMF, ISO 27001, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, MITRE ATLAS).
- Consulting Skills: Ability to translate complex technical risks into actionable guidance for senior stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, OSCP, or equivalent cloud security credentials.
- Advanced AI: Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and AI model fine-tuning.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of the EU AI Act or ISO/IEC 42001.
- DevSecOps: Familiarity with automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and integrated security controls.
- Hybrid Working: Flexible core hours with a balance of home and office-based work.
- Health & Wellness: Private medical and dental insurance, plus access to diversity and support groups.
- Time Off: 25 days annual leave (option to buy/sell/carry over).
- Future Growth: Dedicated Career Manager and competitive pension scheme.
