The Role

As a small startup, we offer high impact and high autonomy.

We are looking for a Web Developer with a creative edge. Your core strength will be full-stack web development, but you will also have the chance to dive into new technologies. Depending on the project, you might be building a bespoke web platform one week and experimenting with new platforms or AI the next.

What you will be doing:

Developing bespoke frontend and backend web solutions.
Collaborating with our team to solve “unusual” problems.
Learning and applying new technologies on the fly.
Taking ownership of your code and contributing ideas.

Hiring Criteria

Portfolio: You should have a portfolio of projects (professional, personal, or academic) that demonstrate your knowledge.
Full-Stack Capability: Demonstrable skills in frontend and backend development.
Problem Solver: You enjoy figuring out how to make things work and what makes them tick.
Growth Mindset: You are eager to learn technologies outside your current experience.

Further Information

We offer a healthier work-life balance with working hours of 10:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday .

Office: Two days in Brighton (near Moulsecoomb station).
