The Role

As a small startup, we offer high impact and high autonomy.

We are looking for a Web Developer with a creative edge. Your core strength will be full-stack web development, but you will also have the chance to dive into new technologies. Depending on the project, you might be building a bespoke web platform one week and experimenting with new platforms or AI the next.

What you will be doing:

  • Developing bespoke frontend and backend web solutions.
  • Collaborating with our team to solve “unusual” problems.
  • Learning and applying new technologies on the fly.
  • Taking ownership of your code and contributing ideas.

Hiring Criteria

  • Portfolio: You should have a portfolio of projects (professional, personal, or academic) that demonstrate your knowledge.
  • Full-Stack Capability: Demonstrable skills in frontend and backend development.
  • Problem Solver: You enjoy figuring out how to make things work and what makes them tick.
  • Growth Mindset: You are eager to learn technologies outside your current experience.
  • PHP / Laravel
  • Experience with Game Engines

Further Information

We offer a healthier work-life balance with working hours of 10:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday .

  • Office: Two days in Brighton (near Moulsecoomb station).
